Eighteenth individual industrial and commercial households within the jurisdiction of the same registration authority name application in any of the following circumstances, shall not be approved for registration:

(1) Having the same name as the registered or pre-approved enterprise or individual industrial and commercial household;

(2) It is the same as the original name changed by other enterprises less than 1 year ago;

(3) Having the same name as an enterprise whose business license has been revoked for less than 3 years or an individual industrial and commercial household whose business license has been revoked for less than 1 year;

(4) It has the same name as the enterprise whose registration has been cancelled for less than 1 year.

After the business license is completed, the national tax must be done. If it matters, of course, it is another matter.
