The recruitment unit shall review the qualifications of the interviewee according to the conditions stipulated in the recruitment position, and if the review fails, the interview qualification shall be cancelled. If the interviewee fails to attend the reexamination at the specified time and place, or renounces after the reexamination is passed, it shall be deemed as giving up the interview qualification. Vacancies due to cancellation or abandonment of interview qualifications shall be filled by the recruiting unit according to the actual situation, according to the written test scores from the lowest to the lowest among the candidates who apply for the same position.

Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place due to reasons other than the recruiting unit shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination automatically. For job vacancies caused by applicants voluntarily giving up medical examination or canceling their employment qualifications due to unqualified medical examination, the recruiting unit may, according to the needs, submit a written application to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Affairs in accordance with the division of management authority, and after approval, fill in the candidates from the position according to the test scores from low to low.

If the employment is affected by the publicity results, the candidates voluntarily give up employment, and the candidates fail to report within the specified time, resulting in the vacancy of the positions to be hired, the recruiting unit may, according to the needs, submit a written application to the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Affairs in accordance with the division of management authority. After approval, the candidates will be replenished in turn according to the total test scores of the candidates, and the relevant procedures such as physical examination, inspection and publicity will be strictly performed.
