Article 27 When applying for registration of change, a company shall submit the following documents to the company registration authority:

(1) An application for change registration signed by the legal representative of the company;

(2) resolutions or decisions on changes made in accordance with the Company Law.

(3) Other documents required by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Where the company's change of registration matters involves the revision of the articles of association, it shall submit the revised articles of association or amendments to the articles of association signed by the company's legal representative.

Before moving into a new residence, you should apply to the original registration authority for registration of change, and prepare the following materials:

1. Prepare the ownership certificate (land use right certificate, real estate license) of the new business premises. Lease, there should be a lease contract and proof of ownership of the lessor.

2. The application for change of registration shall be collected from the registration department of the Administration for Industry and Commerce, and signed by the legal representative of the company after filling in.

3. Prepare the resolution of the shareholders' meeting on changing the business address.

4. Articles of Association or amendments to articles of association (change of business address)

Where a company changes its domicile across the jurisdiction of the company registration authority, it shall apply to the company registration authority where it moves in before moving into the new domicile; If it is accepted by the company registration authority in the place where it moves in, the original company registration authority will transfer the company registration file to the company registration authority in the place where it moves in.
