The subsidy standard and method is that taxpayers who pay from October 10, 2022 to December 20, 2022 and are within the scope of the subsidy and declare the subsidy before December 20, 2022, will pay according to the total deed tax 15% of the total amount will be subsidized. The deed tax subsidy adopts the method of "collect first and pay later", and each house can only enjoy one subsidy.

The application process is a combination of online and on-site processing to pay the deed tax: natural person taxpayers can pay the deed tax online at the 6 real estate companies in the city, or they can bring relevant information to A on the second floor of Kaifeng Citizen’s Home Pay on-site at the district’s “Deed Tax Centralized Collection Hall” (line up on-site to issue numbers). On September 23, Kaifeng City issued the "Notice on Subsidies for Deed Tax Payment of Commercial Housing in Kaifeng Urban Area". Anyone who purchases commercial housing in the municipal districts of Kaifeng City (excluding Xiangfu District) has not yet paid the deed tax. House buyers (individuals, hereinafter referred to as "taxpayers") are all within the scope of subsidies. This commercial housing refers to housing purchased and signed with a purchase contract before September 30, 2022 (including that day, subject to the date of signing the purchase contract) (excluding second-hand houses).

Taxpayers who pay commercial housing deed tax from July 22, 2022 to October 31, 2022 and are within the scope of subsidies and declare subsidies before November 10, 2022, shall pay 15% of the total deed tax. % provide subsidies.
