The real estate management departments of county-level cities, Laoshan District, Huangdao District and Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone are responsible for the unified management of urban housing property rights in their respective jurisdictions. Article 9 When building, renovating, rebuilding or expanding a house, the owner of the house shall, within 30 days from the date of completion of the project, go through the registration procedures for the ownership of the house or the change of the current situation of the house.
If it is necessary to transfer the ownership of the house due to sale, gift, exchange, inheritance, property division, mortgage, pawn and other reasons, the owner of the house shall go through the registration formalities for the transfer of the ownership of the house within 30 days from the date of the establishment of the relevant documents.
