Since the launch of the "Efficient Classroom" construction activity, the lesson preparation groups of all grades in the school have conscientiously implemented the school's work arrangements and requirements and actively explored classroom teaching reforms. In order to further practice, improve and promote this strategy, encourage all teachers to take active actions, truly devote their energy to teaching management and improve teaching quality, and carefully create efficient classroom teaching characteristics of our school, after research and decision by the principal’s office, we will launch it throughout the school "Efficient Classroom Promotion Month" activity. In order to effectively carry out this "Efficient Classroom Promotion Month" activity, this plan is specially formulated.

1. Activity time

From April 5th to April 28th, 20xx, the activity time is 4 weeks.

2. Activity content and requirements

1. Carry out the activity of "entering the senior high school classroom and promoting professional growth" for young teachers (weeks 9 to 12)

The activity mainly takes the form of young teachers teaching the first and second grade of high school entering the classroom of the third grade to listen to classes. The Academic Affairs Office will arrange for designated subjects to attend classes. Each person will listen to the designated subject's class for a total of no less than 2 hours per week. After the lecture, students must think and organize, and write a "Lecture Experience" of no less than 1,500 words, which will be evaluated.

2. Carry out theme-based school-based teaching and research activities. (Weeks 9 to 12)

All teachers must teach every lesson carefully and truly implement the school’s requirements for efficient classroom teaching; each lesson preparation group must organize weekly open classes within the group, and each Open classes highlight one aspect, careful evaluation of classes, and school-based teaching and research such as mutual listening and evaluation should be regarded as important contents to further polish and improve the basic links of efficient classroom teaching.

5. Conduct a questionnaire survey on academic status (11th week)

6. Carry out open week activities for efficient classroom teaching in the city. (Week 12)

In order to demonstrate the efficient classroom results of our school, a city-wide teaching open week event will be held at the end of April.
