539 pilot units in China have passed the electronic reimbursement, accounting and filing of electronic invoices.
In 20 19, the National Archives Bureau, together with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce, State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China and other ministries and commissions, carried out the pilot work of electronic reimbursement, accounting and filing of electronic invoices. By the end of 2022, * * * has completed the acceptance of three batches of 539 pilot units.
At present, the four departments will jointly issue the Guide to Electronic Invoice Management, trying to provide reference for the wider application of electronic invoices in the whole society and help China's economic and social development with high quality.
A summary meeting on the pilot work of electronic reimbursement, accounting and filing of VAT electronic invoices was held in Beijing. The National Archives Bureau, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Commerce and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China jointly launched the pilot project of electronic declaration, accounting and filing of VAT electronic invoices in 20 19, and further expanded the scope of the pilot project on the basis of completing the first two batches of pilots in February 20021year.
At the meeting, representatives from three pilot classes of Zhejiang, Shaanxi and China Telecom Group Company, as well as representatives from five pilot units, namely SF Express Co., Ltd., Tianjin Social Insurance Fund Management Center, Guangdong Midea Refrigeration Equipment Co., Ltd., Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Higher People's Court, exchanged speeches.
The meeting pointed out that since the pilot work was carried out, with the joint efforts of all pilot classes and pilot units, the pilot work has been solidly promoted, with remarkable results, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved. A number of electronic invoice application demonstration units have been formed, and a large number of replicable and scalable experiences have been accumulated, which has promoted the improvement of relevant laws, regulations, standards and norms.
Lead more units to implement electronic single-set filing and electronic file single-set management, cultivate a team of talents for the promotion and application of electronic invoices, and play a strong supporting role in serving the overall situation of national economic development.
According to the calculation of professional organizations in Zhejiang Province, the pilot work of electronic reimbursement, entry and filing of VAT electronic invoices in the province has produced benefits of1700 million yuan. The number of units participating in the pilot is large and widely distributed, which has achieved full coverage within the national geographical scope, full coverage of market players of all sizes, and full coverage of different industries and fields, greatly creating a good environment for the overall promotion and application of electronic invoices nationwide.
