1. Apply for the "Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code" in a timely manner and truthfully fill in the "Health Management Information Collection Form". All candidates taking exams in Shandong Province must apply for the "Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code" and maintain the green code.

Candidates are required to consciously measure their body temperature every day before the exam, truthfully fill in the "Health Management Information Collection Form", and submit the "Health Management Information Collection Form" when entering the test center for the first exam.

2. You must bring your admission ticket, valid resident ID card, a paper copy of the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before your first exam (calculated according to the sampling time), and present the Shandong Province Electronic Health Pass Code Green Code, communication big data itinerary card green card, before you can take the exam. Those who do not bring them will not be admitted.

A paper version of the negative nucleic acid test certificate must be submitted to the invigilator when entering the examination room. One copy must be submitted for each exam (the original or a copy can be submitted).

3. Return to Shandong from Shanghai, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Hebei, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangxi, Anhui and other provinces with local epidemics within 14 days before the exam (dynamic adjustment based on the development of the epidemic situation) Those who take the exam must proactively declare to the personnel examination agency of the city where the test site is located before the test, provide two negative nucleic acid test certificates, and take the test in a relatively independent examination room.
