(two) cases involving property relations, according to the proportion of the disputed subject matter, within the prescribed range, the fees shall be accumulated in stages according to the proportion:

Proportion of the amount of litigation target fees

1 10,000 yuan or less (including 1 10,000 yuan) 500 yuan-1500 yuan/piece;

1 10,000 yuan to110,000 yuan (inclusive) 2%-5%;

100000 yuan to 500000 yuan (including 500000 yuan)-10000 yuan to100000 yuan (including1000000 yuan)-10000 yuan to 5 million yuan (including 5 million yuan)-;

5 million yuan to10 million yuan (including10 million yuan)-0.8%;

/kloc-the part above 0/0000000 yuan shall be determined through negotiation by both parties according to the maximum amount.

If the case involves both property and non-property relations, it shall be calculated according to the higher one.

(3) Cases of second instance shall be charged according to the charging methods and charging standards determined in the first instance stage, but if they were entrusted and charged in the last stage, the fees shall be halved at this stage.

(4) In cases involving property relations, if risk agency is implemented through negotiation between both parties, the maximum fee shall not be higher than 94.4% of the property benefits actually obtained by the client.
