Steps/methods:
1. The employee holds the original relevant extraction certificate and applies to the company for extraction.
2. After verification by the unit, the unit housing provident fund manager shall complete the "Application for Housing Provident Fund Extraction" and affix the seal.
3. The employee (or manager) holds the original and photocopy of the extraction application form and relevant extraction vouchers, and applies to the housing provident fund management branch corresponding to the unit for extraction of housing provident fund.
4. The branch shall review the relevant materials and make a decision on whether to approve or disapprove the withdrawal.
5. If the withdrawal is approved after examination, the employee can go through the withdrawal formalities at the entrusted bank with the withdrawal application, and the entrusted bank will pay in the form of credit card (discount) according to the withdrawal amount approved by the management center.
Matters needing attention
If the rent exceeds 0/5% of the family's monthly salary/kloc-,employees who have paid the housing provident fund can apply for withdrawing the provident fund to pay the rent.
