1. Log on to the tax website and enter the Electronic Taxation Bureau of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC).

2. The taxpayer chooses I want to do tax-tax administrative license-taxpayer's extension of declaration and approval, and enters the application page of tax administrative license.

3. Fill in the application page for tax administrative license, which must be marked with *. Please fill in the form accurately so that the competent tax authorities can contact in time.

4. Please be sure to accurately inquire about the taxes that need to be extended and reasonably choose the time limit for applying for extension. Finally, don't forget to fill in the reasons for your application in detail and accurately.

Important note:

1) Taxpayers need to complete all previous tax (fee) declarations before applying for extension of declaration and approval. If there are undeclared taxes (fees) in the past, you will not be able to apply for extension of declaration.

2) The operator should keep the telephone number accurately and smoothly, and fill in the column of "Application Reason" in detail and accurately.
