Because of the illegal circumstances listed in Articles 42, 43 and 44 of the Accounting Law, a person whose accounting qualification certificate has been revoked according to law shall not take the accounting qualification examination within five years (including five years) from the date of revocation.

Persons who have been investigated for criminal responsibility according to law for providing false financial and accounting reports, making false accounts, concealing or intentionally destroying accounting vouchers, account books, financial and accounting reports, embezzlement, embezzlement of public funds and other illegal acts related to accounting duties are not allowed to take the accounting qualification examination.

3. Registration method: Applicants with basic conditions can register with their original valid ID card, academic certificate and other documents, registration form and registration fee.

4. Examination time: In principle, it will be held on Saturday in the last week of each month.

5. Examination subjects: financial regulations and accounting professional ethics, accounting foundation, primary accounting computerization (or abacus level 5). Examiners must pass all the prescribed subjects at one time before they can apply for accounting qualification certificates; Those who have a professional degree (or degree) in accounting at or above technical secondary school (including technical secondary school) recognized by the national education administrative department shall be exempted from accounting foundation and primary accounting computerization (or abacus level 5) within 2 years (including 2 years) from the date of graduation.

The accounting majors mentioned in the preceding paragraph include accounting, computerized accounting, specialization of certified public accountants, auditing, financial management and financial management.

7. It is valid to apply for an accounting certificate when you pass the examination.
