Industry and commerce is the agency of the industrial and commercial sub-bureau. Under the direct leadership of the sub-bureau, according to the Regulations on Administration for Industry and Commerce and the provisions of laws and regulations, supervise and manage the enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households and market operations within the jurisdiction, protect legitimate operations, ban illegal operations, and maintain normal economic order. Responsibilities:
(a) to supervise the "economic accounts" of various enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households within the jurisdiction. Give full play to the role of computer three-level networking and establish and improve the "economic hukou" file. And implement dynamic management of "economic accounts" to make the base clear and the situation clear; Handle the annual inspection of enterprises and the inspection procedures of individual industrial and commercial households within the jurisdiction;
(two) to supervise all kinds of tangible markets and commodity fairs, refined oil markets and grain markets within the jurisdiction. Accept the consultation on the opening and change registration of the market within its jurisdiction, and handle the annual inspection and preliminary examination of the market within its jurisdiction. To be responsible for the supervision of operators, market organizers and service agencies in accordance with the requirements of the market management norms put forward by the Municipal Bureau, and maintain the market operation order;
(three) to strengthen the supervision of advertising in the area according to law. Responsible for the supervision and management of advertising units within the jurisdiction, conduct daily supervision and management of outdoor advertisements, printed advertisements and shop advertisements, and investigate and deal with illegal advertising activities according to law;
(four) to supervise the use of trademarks within the jurisdiction. Guide market entities within their jurisdiction to apply for trademark registration correctly, and supervise and manage the use of their trademarks. Inspect trademark printing enterprises according to law, and investigate and deal with illegal trade in trademark marks, counterfeit trademarks and trademark infringement;
(5) Strengthen contract supervision. Carry out the model contract text, actively carry out the activities of "respecting contracts and keeping promises", (implement the "contract relief project"), mediate contract disputes according to law, supervise brokers' economic behavior, and investigate and deal with illegal acts of using contracts;
(six) seriously accept consumer complaints and reports, and handle consumer disputes fairly and reasonably; Investigate and deal with illegal acts that infringe on consumers' rights and interests and manufacture and sell fake and shoddy goods according to law; Urge enterprises to be self-disciplined and standardize their business practices; Establish and give full play to the complaint reporting network of residents, family committees and village committees to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers according to law;
(seven) to supervise and standardize all kinds of market transactions within the jurisdiction, investigate and deal with all kinds of unfair competition, and maintain a fair market competition order;
(eight) according to the provisions of the nuclear collection, payment of industrial and commercial fees and fines, timely reporting of various statistical and financial statements;
(nine) to publicize the laws, regulations, rules and relevant policies of industrial and commercial administration, actively play the role of industrial and commercial administration, assist streets, towns and villages to do a good job in community management, and promote regional economic development.
Law enforcement inspection team
(a) to investigate and deal with major or sudden economic violations involving multiple business departments across jurisdictions. (Responsible for rectifying the market order of refined oil and dangerous chemicals. )
(two) to cooperate with relevant departments to complete the special rectification task.
(three) to cooperate with relevant government departments to carry out joint law enforcement actions.
(four) to complete the law enforcement tasks assigned by the leaders of the district committees, district governments, municipal bureaus and sub-bureaus.
(five), to undertake administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation caused by the implementation of administrative compulsory measures and administrative penalties.
