Only during the tax payment period can you go to the tax bureau to fill out a (online declaration form) and affix your official seal. Then ask the inland revenue department to cancel the declaration form. You can re-declare.

Be sure to be within the tax period. After the tax payment period, you can only make up the declaration (if there are few declarations) or consult a special administrator (if there are many declarations).
