Ding Hao (? -AD 12 16), also known as haoba. At the end of the Jin Dynasty, the leader of the Red-clad Rebel Army established the Dahan regime on 12 16, calling himself the emperor.
Ding Hao is a native of Lishui, Yanzhou (now surabaya county, Shandong Province, located in the east of Qufu County, Shandong Province). At first, Liu, the leader of the red army, led the anti-Jin uprising, based on Yimeng Mountain. In the third year of Zhenyou (A.D. 12 15), Jin people besieged Damomao heavily, and Liu led a bloody battle, killing and injuring thousands of people. In the end, because he was outnumbered, the second ancestor was injured, captured and killed.
After the sacrifice of the second ancestor, Ding Hao, Huo Yi and Peng Yibin led more than ten counties, including Ketan, Teng, Yanzhou, Danzhou, Laiwu and Xintai, to break Pizhou and win tens of thousands of warships. In the fourth year of Emperor Zhen You (A.D. 12 16), he established the Han regime, proclaimed himself emperor and changed to Shuntian. Jin sent a special envoy from Shandong to shoot him to suppress him. In Zhegou Village, surabaya county, he was captured by the neighbors of the general of the State of Jin and taken to the capital of song dynasty (now Kaifeng, Henan) until he died.
