If it is necessary to stamp, People's Republic of China (PRC) State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China Announcement stipulates that invoices should be issued at one time in accordance with the prescribed time limit, sequence and columns, and stamped with special invoices.

1. Special seal for invoice refers to the seal engraved by the invoice unit and individual in accordance with the provisions of the tax authorities. The seal stamp contains the company name, the words of the special invoice seal and the tax registration number, and is stamped when purchasing or issuing the invoice.

2. The special invoice seal means that enterprises, units and individual industrial and commercial households must affix the "special invoice seal" when purchasing and issuing invoices.

3. According to the provisions of Article 23 of the Measures for the Administration of Invoices in People's Republic of China (PRC), invoices shall be truthfully issued column by column and in stages according to the prescribed time limit and order, and stamped with the financial seal of the unit or the special seal for invoices.
