Involving professional qualifications, you may not take the exam again within 3 years, and you may not take the qualification exam for professional and technical personnel again within the remaining 2 years.

The personnel departments of all districts and counties, municipal competent departments and large enterprises and institutions must attach great importance to it, earnestly strengthen the leadership over the management of professional and technical qualification certificates, strictly enforce the discipline of accreditation, and strictly apply for accreditation procedures to ensure the safe and timely issuance of professional and technical qualification certificates to professional and technical personnel. Those who practise fraud in the process of issuing certificates shall be investigated for the responsibility of the parties and relevant leaders, and shall be dealt with severely according to the Provisions on Disciplinary Actions for Professional Titles.
