Legal basis: Article 3 of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons in People's Republic of China (PRC) applies for registration as an enterprise legal person. After examination and approval by the enterprise legal person registration authority, the applicant has obtained the business license of enterprise legal person and obtained the legal person status, and his legitimate rights and interests are protected by national laws. If it is necessary to register an enterprise as a legal person according to law, it shall not engage in business activities without the approval of the competent registration authority of an enterprise as a legal person.
