Step 1: Cooperate with the accounting firm to prepare documents

1. "Business Agreement" and The original copy of "Declaration on Capital Verification Matters". This is a business agreement between you and the accounting firm. You can print it out and stamp it with the official seal as required.

2. Documents approved by the competent department (copies). If the company you open belongs to an industry that requires pre-approval, then you must have an approval document from the superior authority. For industries that do not require pre-approval, you do not need to prepare this material and just ignore it!

3. A copy of the business license shall be stamped with the official seal.

4. Invoice from the bank where your company has an account (original)

7. Copies of shareholder certificates

If the shareholder is a natural person, provide a copy of each shareholder’s ID card and the shareholder’s signature;

If the shareholder is a natural person, For legal persons, provide one copy of each shareholder's business license

8. Shareholders' meeting resolution (copy) and company articles of association.
