If the same batch number enters the company for the second time, -0 1 should be added after the original batch number to prevent mixed batch, and the number ledger should be registered and relevant records should be made. Materials shall be stored in different warehouses and classified, and relevant use records shall be kept.
2, air conditioning, temperature and humidity meter, should make relevant records, patrol to check whether the equipment is working normally, if found any problems, you should contact the engineering department in time. Whether the fire extinguisher can work normally and whether the fly-killing lamp is turned on normally.
3. Whether the cargo cards are consistent, whether there is a qualified inspection report, and whether the warehouse administrator fills in the whereabouts of the goods on the "material positioning card" for traceability.

Whether the warehouse administrator counts the materials in time, whether the materials are within the validity period and reinspection period, whether the unqualified materials exceed the validity period, whether the deteriorated materials can not be put into production, clear them in time, and properly handle the materials close to the validity period.
5. Whether the SOP and SMP related to the warehouse are complete and whether the warehouse personnel follow the SOP.
6. Whether the materials and finished products in the warehouse are neatly arranged, whether the ground is clean and tidy, and whether there are ventilation, lighting, insect prevention and rat prevention facilities.
