(A) urban primary school entrance work

1. School-age children with urban permanent residence (and self-purchased real estate) enter school.

(1) Admission requirements: School-age children who were born before August 3, 2009/kloc-0, have reached the age of 6, are in good health, have basic learning ability, have Tancheng county urban household registration or their parents have bought their own property in the enrollment area (the urban household registration in the conditions refers to those who have legally fixed residence in the enrollment area and need to settle down for more than 1 year). The term "self-purchased property" refers to the property owned or purchased by the student guardian in the enrollment area, which is subject to the property ownership certificate or the purchase contract filed by the real estate department, the water and electricity invoice for more than 3 months, the property management fee, the purchase payment bill or the government demolition and reconstruction procedures).

(2) Admission: Parents of eligible school-age children should bring their household registration book, parents' ID card (including a copy), house ownership certificate, Shandong children's vaccination certificate, integrity certificate and other related materials to the local schools for admission from August 15 to August 18.

(3) Admission method:

(1) each school shall conduct a unified preliminary examination of the materials of the registered students, and check them with the relevant units or places of residence according to the situation. The county education and sports bureau will conduct an audit, and those who pass the examination will be admitted to the primary schools in the jurisdiction.

If the number of eligible applicants in the jurisdiction exceeds the enrollment plan approved by the school, the school shall enroll them in turn according to the household registration, home address and the principle of "consistent households" of school-age children. If the degree is insufficient, the county education and sports bureau will co-ordinate the transfer to schools in the surrounding areas. (1) Admission requirements: School-age children who were born before August 3, 20091,have reached the age of 6, are in good health, have basic learning ability, at least one parent has worked or done business in our county for more than one year, rented a house in the school area and actually lived outside Tancheng County for more than one year.

(2) Admission: In August 15, parents of eligible school-age children brought the following materials to apply for admission to a school with a spare degree in their place of residence.

① Household registration certificate: original household registration book and parents' ID card (including a copy).

Residence permit: at least one parent holds a residence permit issued by the public security department of Tancheng County within the validity period.

③ Employment or business certificate:

Migrant workers in Tancheng county: provide the original payment documents of one parent participating in social insurance in our county or the personal social security payment certificate issued by the social security department of our county.

Tancheng businessman: provide business license, tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate issued by one parent in our county competent tax authority.

(4) Rental certificate: provide the legal rental contract filed in the real estate department, the relevant information of the current neighbors, and the invoices for utilities for more than 3 months (the address should be the same as the residence permit).

(5) certification materials issued by the township or office where the household registration is located that the local area does not have guardianship conditions.

⑥ Parents of students sign the letter of commitment of good faith.

The above certificates (②, ③, ④) must be more than one year, and the deadline is June 30th, 20 15.

(3) Admission method: each school conducts a unified preliminary examination of the materials of the students applying for registration by means of comparison with relevant units and home visits; After the county education and sports bureau has passed the examination, it will be admitted to the district primary school. Students who are not admitted due to the restriction of school degree in this district may apply to the county education and sports bureau, which will make overall arrangements to study in a relatively nearby school as the case may be. This year, Shandong Provincial Department of Education's Guiding Opinions on Enrollment of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools (Lu Fa [2065438+05] No.4) clearly stated that "children of floating population who are unable to study in the inflow place due to degree restrictions should be properly placed", and parents of children of floating population who cannot study in our county should be prepared to return to their domicile.

(B) City junior high school entrance work

1. Admission of primary school graduates in Tancheng County: Urban primary schools arrange to attend junior high schools nearby or relatively nearby according to the household registration information and real estate information of sixth-grade students. If there is a self-purchased property in the school district, it will be arranged to enroll in the school district. Restricted by the degree, there are primary school students in the urban area, but there is no self-purchased real estate in the enrollment area, which is adjusted according to the principle of relative proximity.

2. Admission of graduates with urban household registration but no urban primary school status: Parents of students hold household registration book, house property right certificate (including a copy) and school status certificate (including a national unified student number, stamped by the primary school graduation school and the county-level education administrative department respectively), and register with the Basic Education Section of the County Education and Sports Bureau from August 5 to 10, and the county education and sports bureau arranges them to attend public schools according to the principle of relative proximity.

3. Admission of migrant children of migrant workers and businessmen (no sixth-grade student status in our county): The required conditions are the same as item (2) of the primary school admission part. Eligible parents, with their household registration book and parents' ID card (including photocopy), residence permit, house lease contract, certificate of employment or business, certificate of school status (including national unified student number, stamped by primary school graduation school and county-level education administrative department respectively) and other related materials, will register with the county education and sports bureau from August 5 to/kloc-0. Items (2), (3) and (4) of the materials may not be provided if there is a self-purchased property. Those who meet the requirements after examination will be arranged to attend public schools according to the principle of relative proximity.
