2. Online banking: Please log in to personal online banking and click "Settings → Message Service → Activate".

3. Palm Bank: Please log in to the Palm Bank APP and click "All → Assistant → SMS Notification → Activate Now".

4. Telephone banking: Please call 95599 to sign up for the debit card messaging service through telephone banking.

5. Self-service terminal: Please bring your bank card to any self-service terminal across the country to sign a contract through "message customization" (due to business differences among branches, please refer to the actual function display of the machine).

6. If you are using our bank's credit card, you can log in to the Palm Bank APP, click "Credit Card → Settings → SMS Service → Apply for Activation" or call our Credit Card Center hotline 4006695599 to activate the full amount Account SMS reminder service.

You can cancel the personal messaging service business in the following ways:

1. Currently, the account cancellation message service channels in Fujian Province (excluding Xiamen area) are only available at branch counters.

4. Self-service terminal: Use your bank card to log out at any self-service terminal across the country. The self-service terminal of the Guangdong Branch does not currently support cancellation. Warm reminder:

(1) If you have opened WeChat account reminder, cancel the message service ( SMS notification) and WeChat account reminder will also be canceled simultaneously.

(2) If the messaging service is in arrears, the fee must be paid before cancellation. You can enter "How to pay back the message service fee" for detailed information.

(3) If you turn off the credit card SMS notification service, please cancel it through "Credit Card → Settings → SMS Service" on the Palm Bank APP or call our credit card customer service hotline 4006695599.
