Article 3 The Municipal Urban and Rural Planning and Construction Committee is the administrative department in charge of the management of public parking lots in our city, and its affiliated municipal facilities management institution is responsible for the daily management of public parking lots in the central city.
Comprehensive law enforcement, public security traffic management, fire protection, development planning, prices, real estate, industry and commerce departments shall, according to their respective responsibilities, supervise and manage the construction and service activities of public parking lots according to law. The completion acceptance of the public parking lot construction project shall be attended by the Municipal Urban and Rural Planning and Construction Committee, the Municipal Fire Bureau and the Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Department. Only those who pass the inspection can be put into use.
The public parking lot invested by the government shall be completed and accepted by the municipal facilities management organization; Non-government-invested public parking lots shall be completed and accepted by the investment builders.
