China thinker economist Gu Zhun.
He ranks fifth, taking his mother's surname. I studied accounting in China Vocational School founded by Huang Yanpei for two years in junior high school. After graduation, I was unable to continue my studies because of my poor family. 12 years old went to Shanghai Lixin Accounting Firm founded by Mr. Pan Xulun as a trainee. Later, through self-study accounting, he became a professional who mastered modern accounting knowledge.
1930, at the age of fifteen, he made his mark in Shanghai's industrial and commercial circles with his achievements and attainments in accounting, and was known as a "peculiar young genius". In 1930s, a number of accounting books were published, and he was a well-known accountant in Shanghai. 1934 The accounting book "Bank Accounting" became the first bank accounting textbook in China, which was adopted by universities, and at the same time, it began to be a part-time professor in universities.
Gu Zhun organized a secret Marxist study group in 1930-joining the society, and then transferred to the Armed Forces Association. In the same year 10, he went into exile for the first time in Beiping because the organization of the Armed Guards Association was destroyed. 1934 years later, he was the chairman of the Shanghai branch of China National Armed Self-Defense Association and the deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the General Association. /kloc-joined the China * * * production party in 0/935. 1935 After the "December 9" Movement in Beiping in winter, the whole country set off a climax of resisting Japan and saving the nation. 1February, 936, returned to Shanghai from Peiping, and successively served as Party Secretary and Staff Branch Secretary of Shanghai Professional Salvation Association, Propaganda Minister and Secretary of Jiangsu Vocational Committee, and Deputy Secretary of jiangsu provincial party committee. During my work in the Cultural Affairs Commission, I got to know Sun Yefang, an economist (then secretary of the Cultural Affairs Commission). 1940 years later, he used to be the secretary and Commissioner of the Xiyu Working Committee of Zhong * * * Sunancheng, the secretary-general of Jiangnan Administrative Committee, the deputy director of the Finance and Economics Department of Yanfu District in northern Jiangsu, and the deputy director of the Finance and Economics Department of Huaihai District. Later, I went to Yan' an Central Party School to study. 1946 1 month, after returning to east China, he successively served as a member of the Finance Committee of China Branch, the general manager of Huaiyin Lifeng Cotton Company, the director of the Goods Management Department of Suzhong Administrative Office, a member of the Finance Committee of China Branch and the director of Shandong Provincial Finance Department. On the eve of the People's Liberation Army's occupation of Shanghai, he served as the captain of Qingzhou Corps (a cadre team that took over Shanghai's financial and economic work) and actively prepared to take over Shanghai. 1May, 949, returned to Shanghai with the army. He served as director of Shanghai Finance Bureau and director of taxation, deputy director of Shanghai Finance and Economics Committee and deputy minister of finance of East China Military and Political Committee, and made outstanding contributions to the fiscal and taxation work in Shanghai after the founding of the People's Republic of China. In the three years since he took over Shanghai's financial system, the largest industrial and commercial city in China has changed from a mess on the verge of collapse in the hands of the Kuomintang to the biggest financial source to support the new central government of the * * * production party, which also laid the foundation for the planned economic system in the future.
