(1) Make an award decision in the name of the provincial government, issue medals and certificates to the awarded patentees and inventors (designers), and award 3, yuan, 2, yuan, 1, yuan and 5, yuan to the first prize, second prize, third prize and excellent prize respectively. To publicize and report the winning projects in the main news media of the province;
(two) the provincial patent award funds are arranged by the provincial finance;
(3) For patents that have won the second prize of the provincial patent award or above (including this number) and meet the relevant reporting conditions, priority can be given to applying for the China Patent Award;
(4) The unit where the patent inventor (designer) won the provincial patent award shall record the award in his file, which will serve as an important basis for job title evaluation and performance appraisal.
