The land of this project is located in Tianya District, and the land survey area is about 13005 square meters (in the plane coordinate system of Sanya, Hainan). Land ownership (Hainan Sanya plane coordinate system) is about 225 1 m2 of collective land of Shuijiao Village Committee in Tianya District, about 3,826 m2 of collective land of Yanglan Village Committee, about 688 1 m2 of municipal government land, and about 47 m2 of state-owned land of Sanya Changfeng Offshore Natural Gas Supply Co., Ltd.; Status of land use (National Geodetic Coordinate System in 2000) Agricultural land is about 1863 square meters (including orchards of about 464 square meters, dry land of about 502 square meters, adjustable orchards of about 258 square meters, country roads of10 square meters, paddy fields of about 22 square meters, and forest land of about107 square meters). The land for this project is classified as highway land in the overall urban planning of Sanya City (space category 20 15 -2030) (the provincial government agreed to put it into storage version). The cultivated land involved in the above-mentioned land shall be arranged from the balance index of cultivated land occupation and compensation in our city when handling the conversion of agricultural land. After the completion of the task of occupation and compensation balance, the Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning will incorporate the new construction land index in the current year and go through the formalities for examination and approval of agricultural transfer and collection.
