There are 41, tankers (at least 4 tankers), 3 meters of refueling pipes, 13 guns, 31, oil tanks (at least 4 tankers, I suggest you buy old ones), 1 ton of oil of about 7, (4 tons in stock, 28,), 3, sheds, 2, station houses and interior decoration.

The procedures to be handled include: business license, retail license for refined oil products, and license for hazardous chemicals. If there is a convenience store in a gas station, you also need a hygiene license, a cigarette license and a wine license. Rural gas stations still need to sell on credit and write IOUs during spring ploughing, so they are prepared to pay 3 million yuan.

A new gas station shall be submitted for approval according to the following procedures:

1. Investors shall submit an application to the local development and reform commission. The application should be accompanied by a feasibility study report, which mainly includes the basic information of investors, the geographical location of the proposed gas station, the investment scale and construction budget, and the analysis of market and economic benefits.

2. the local development and reform commission conducts preliminary examination. According to the local gas station construction and development plan, the preliminary examination qualified to report to the Municipal Development and Reform Commission.

3. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission conducted a comprehensive audit. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission conducted on-the-spot investigation on the site selection of new gas stations, solicited opinions from urban construction, land and environmental protection departments, comprehensively reviewed the new application and feasibility study report according to the construction and development planning of gas stations in this city and the necessary conditions for new gas stations, and agreed to submit the new gas stations to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission for pre-approval procedures. The submitted materials shall be attached with the Registration Form for Pre-approval of the application for new (reformed and expanded) gas stations in the province, the feasibility study report and the geographical location map of the new gas stations.

4. the provincial development and reform commission issues a notice of pre-approval. The Provincial Development and Reform Commission makes a decision to approve or disapprove the new construction according to the development plan and approval principle of the province's gas station development. Investors hold the pre-approval notice to go through the formalities of project establishment in development planning and other departments.

5. The Municipal Development and Reform Commission organized inspection and verification of newly-built gas stations. After the completion of the gas station construction, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission shall, jointly with the departments of fire protection, quality supervision, environmental protection, taxation, industry and commerce, inspect and verify the gas station according to the necessary conditions.

6. the provincial development and reform commission issues the business approval certificate. According to the examination opinions of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Approval Certificate for Retail Operation of Refined Oil will be issued to qualified new gas stations. The investor shall go through the formalities of industrial and commercial and tax registration with the approval certificate.
