1. Find the installed invoice software on the computer desktop. Take Baiwang as an example.

2. After opening the invoice software, find the invoice management in the upper left of the operation interface of the invoice software, and click OK.

3. After opening the invoice management module, find the print format design in the relevant menu section on the left, and then click Enter.

4. Open the print format design module, find the invoice print format design, and click Enter.

5. Open the invoice printing format design, you can see various invoice printing templates, find the module to be set, and click Count.

6. Open the VAT invoice printing template. Locate the settings at the top, and then click Enter.

7. Open the setting operation interface, you can see the data that the printer needs to set, and set the left and right margins of the printer. After setting, print and test on white paper.
