Article 3 of the "Administrative Measures for Lawyer Service Fees"
Lawyer service fees follow the principles of openness and fairness, voluntary payment, and good faith. Law firms should facilitate and benefit the people, strengthen internal management, reduce service costs, and provide clients with convenient and high-quality legal services.
Article 5
Law firms shall provide the following legal services at government-guided prices in accordance with the law:
(1) Agency for civil litigation cases;
< p>(2) Acting as an agent in administrative litigation cases;(3) Acting as an agent in state compensation cases;
(4) Providing legal consultation, acting as an agent for complaints and accusations, and acting as an agent for criminal suspects in criminal cases. Apply for bail pending trial and serve as the defendant's defender or private prosecutor and the victim's litigation agent;
(5) Act as an agent for appeals in various litigation cases. The fees for other legal services provided by law firms shall be subject to market-adjusted prices.
