Two: 20 1 1 autumn 1 10 The application time for the booth of the Canton Fair has passed. The official application must meet the following three conditions: it has independent import and export rights, and if it is a member of the local chamber of commerce, the export volume must meet local standards. Moreover, it is difficult to apply for a position for the first time. Even if you meet the application criteria, it is very difficult to apply. The booth is assigned by the Ministry of Commerce to various foreign trade and economic cooperation bureaus, and you are applying at the foreign trade and economic cooperation bureaus.

Application criteria for qualification of exhibitors

I. Obtaining the business license of legal person and the registration certificate of foreign trade operators according to law, and having handled the import and export enterprise code.

2. The export amount of enterprises under the statistical caliber of Canton Fair must meet the following minimum standards (Note: the export amount under the statistical caliber of Canton Fair refers to the export amount after deducting non-sample products such as rice, soybeans, crude oil, refined oil, coal, coke, metal and non-metal mineral products and tobacco from the export amount of general trade and feed processing trade counted by China Customs):

Iii. Having the membership of the relevant business (association) meeting (see Annex 1) corresponding to the applied exhibition area and responsible for the management of the exhibition area.

4. Enterprises under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from participating in the exhibition:

(1) Enterprises that violate laws and regulations announced to the public by the Ministry of Commerce are prohibited from participating in the exhibition during the announcement period.

(2) Enterprises that violate laws and regulations notified by the state departments of industry and commerce, customs, taxation, quality inspection, foreign exchange, environmental protection and drug administration are prohibited from participating in the exhibition within the penalty period.

(3) An enterprise that has been identified as infringing by a judicial organ, an arbitration organ or an intellectual property administrative organ.

(four) illegal transfer or sublease (sell) the Canton Fair booth and the enterprise within the penalty period.

V. Requirements for exhibits at the exhibition

Exhibits under any of the following circumstances are prohibited from exhibiting:

(1) Exhibits other than those specified in the Scope of Exhibits at China Import and Export Fair (Export Exhibition).

(2) Exhibits that do not conform to the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China, the Import and Export Commodity Inspection Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations on the quality of export products.

(3) Exhibits involving trademarks, patents and copyrights, but without obtaining a legal right certificate or a license contract.

(4) Exhibits with bad records in commercial, entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions, pharmaceutical and other quality supervision and management departments that have not passed the re-inspection.

6. Exhibitors shall undertake to accept and abide by the relevant provisions and management regulations of the Canton Fair Export Exhibition, including the Letter of Responsibility for the Use of Booths at the Canton Fair Export Exhibition, the Instructions for Exhibitors at the China Import and Export Fair Export Exhibition, and the Service Guide for Exhibitors at the China Import and Export Fair Export Exhibition.

Three: The number of booths and exhibits is up to you. A booth is only 3 * 3 = 9 square meters. Generally, it is good to go to two or three people. Too many people occupy the booth and customers don't want to enter.

Four: translators can be invited, but it is best to train a professional before the exhibition. Temporary translators are not familiar with your products and can't promote them.
