1. When handling the withdrawal procedures of housing provident fund, the following supporting materials shall be submitted:
(1) Extract my ID card and its copy, letter of introduction from the company and ID card of the agent.
(2) The Approval Form for the Extraction of Housing Provident Fund or a written application with the seal of the unit and the signature of the extractor.
(3) If the spouse of the purchaser withdraws the housing provident fund, he shall also provide the marriage certificate or the household registration book of both husband and wife and a copy thereof.
(4) If the children or parents of the purchaser withdraw the housing provident fund, they should also provide the original letter of commitment to withdraw the housing provident fund, the proof of kinship issued by the household registration location or the household registration management department (with the proof of household registration location) and its copy.
2. When handling the examination and approval of housing provident fund withdrawal, the original and photocopy of the required certification materials shall be submitted according to the following different situations:
(1) The purchase of public houses sold by the unit shall provide the approval documents of the housing reform department, the price list of individual buildings approved by the housing reform department, and the employee payment voucher.
(2) For the purchase of commercial housing, provide the commercial housing sales contract and down payment certificate filed within one year from the date of signing, or the real estate license and deed tax payment certificate with the processing date within one year.
(3) For the purchase of demolition and resettlement houses, the "Demolition and Resettlement Agreement" in the standards of the housing management department and the payment voucher within one year shall be provided.
(4) If buying a second-hand house, provide the real estate sales contract within one year from the date of signing, and the property ownership certificate or deed tax payment certificate after the ownership change.
(5) Workers who build or renovate their own houses in cities and towns shall provide land use certificates (renovation houses provide original house property certificates), approval documents of planning departments for new and renovated houses, and payment vouchers.
(6) Workers who build or renovate their own houses in rural areas shall provide proof of homestead (collective land use certificate or homestead approval form), agricultural household registration book, proof of building, proof of marriage or family relationship and related expense invoices issued by villagers' committees and township governments.
(7) If employees overhaul their own houses, they should provide the house property certificate, the certificate of house overhaul issued by the house management department or the certificate of house safety appraisal issued by a qualified institution and the invoice of related expenses (or the invoice of repair expenses allocated to households).
(8) In case of retirement, provide the retirement certificate or relevant certificate issued by the labor and personnel department.
(9) If a laborer completely or partially loses his labor ability and terminates his labor relationship with the employer, he shall provide the labor ability appraisal certificate issued by the human resources and social security department, the employer's certificate of termination of the labor contract or unemployment certificate.
(10) If you leave the country to settle down, provide the certificate of cancellation of household registration or the certificate of leaving the country to settle down.
(1 1) If the principal and interest of the owner-occupied housing loan are repaid, the loan contract and the repayment certificate issued by the bank shall be provided.
(12) If the owner-occupied house is leased, the lease contract, rent invoice, house lease certificate, family member relationship certificate and income certificate registered by the housing management department shall be provided.
(13) Those who enjoy the minimum living guarantee shall be provided with the minimum living guarantee certificate for urban residents and the minimum living guarantee certificate issued by the civil affairs department.
(14) In case of natural disasters or emergencies, which make family life particularly difficult, provide the certificate issued by the public security department or relevant department of the people's government at or above the county level, and the certificate issued by the unit where the employee works.
(15) If an employee dies or is declared dead, the legal heir or legatee shall provide the depositor's death certificate or the declared death certificate, the identity card of the successor or legatee, the ownership certificate of inheritance or legacy and the notarial certificate.
