The revision of land and mineral planning is also in progress. At present, the revision of mineral planning has been basically completed, and the revision of land planning has also begun preparations for township-level planning.
The pilot project of linking construction land reported by our district has been approved by the Ministry of Land and Resources in the first half of the year, and the project plan has been reported to Jinan Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources. Because the materials of the construction land replacement project reported in the early stage cannot be improved according to the requirements of the Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, new projects must be re-selected. At present, the combination of Heiyu Village in Xiying Town and Yin Bei in Tangwang Town has been preliminarily selected, and the materials are being further improved.
Second, the existing problems
At present, the planning department is faced with the problems of heavy work pressure, weak strength and scattered personnel. The average age of the department staff is 44 years old (second only to the petition department), which brings great inconvenience to the department work due to their own health, family and other reasons. Because the department staff are distributed in the bureau and the hall, the planning window of the hall is basically idle at present. It is suggested that the leaders of the bureau consider canceling the planning window of the hall to enrich the staff of the department.

3. The regulatory detailed planning of the core area of Fenghuang New Town and the regulatory detailed planning of Emei Mountain area have been basically completed. After finding out the landfill situation of 9# plot, our department docked with the Soviet Academy of Sciences for many times to discuss and study the reasonable scheme of commercial development of this plot; Combined with the investment promotion work, the regulatory detailed planning of Emei Mountain area will be adjusted in time. Curtain Wall of Kewen Center: Organize Jiucheng and Kelida to discuss and study the construction details of curtain wall of Kewen Center, the entrance curtain wall of cinema, the connection between glass curtain wall and stone curtain wall, and the window opening of building wall, and complete the construction drawing design of curtain wall of Kewen Center.
Construction drawing: coordinate geological prospecting units to carry out geological exploration for central primary schools and central kindergartens, and complete construction drawing design. Docking the nine cities and adjusting the master plan of Kewen Center, Central Primary School and Central Kindergarten according to the latest red line; Adjust the functional layout of the library's 24-hour reading room and parent-child reading room, and adjust the steel structure at the top of the gymnasium according to the functional requirements.
2. Accelerate landscape planning and construction in key areas.
Landscape planning and design of Hanjiang Road and Fenghuang Avenue: organized Cheng Lang Designers and Design Institute for many times to make scheme reports and special studies, and made field measurement and investigation on the landscape planning space and current situation, so as to provide detailed data for the design. The constant water level of landscape design is discussed and studied, and the final scheme is formed by comprehensively considering the spatial layout of pipelines in the new city.
Planning and design of the mine landscape of 10# plot: Lang was invited to design the mine landscape of 10# plot and conduct on-site investigation of 10# plot. Combined with the scheme design of urban commercial complex in my town 10# plot, the preliminary scheme design is completed.
3. Do a good job in the preliminary data and follow-up work of land transfer in new urban areas.

Six plots, such as hotel, Phoenix Lake Tea Room and Yuanxiang Project, were identified, the planning conditions and preliminary scheme design of No.2 and No.7-8 were drawn up, and the land transfer cost was calculated. The red lines of land requisition for plots 3# and 4# were marked on site, and the red lines of land requisition on both sides of Wang Hu Road were adjusted.
4. Accelerate the planning and design of comprehensive pipelines in the new town and improve the infrastructure of the new town.
Combined with the power, telecommunications, mobile, water supply and drainage departments, the municipal pipelines in the core area of the new city were comprehensively arranged, and the relevant units were organized to conduct many field investigations, find out the current situation, carefully analyze and discuss, and comprehensively consider the needs of each block, so as to formulate and study the comprehensive pipeline scheme design of Fenghuang New City, which laid a planning foundation for the subsequent infrastructure construction of the new city.
The third is to actively carry out the planning of reserved villages and create a new bright spot of "beautiful countryside"
"Layout Planning of Reserved Villages in fenghuang town" was published and issued by the Municipal Planning Bureau. My department called the land, and the villages learned about the development direction, land for development, and the number of farmers who started work immediately.
