(1) Having China nationality;

(2) 18 years old and under 35 years old, and the age of graduate students and doctoral students (not working) can be relaxed to under 40 years old;

(3) Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s leadership and socialist system;

(4) Having good political quality and moral conduct;

(5) Having the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(six) have the ability to meet the requirements of the post;

(7) Having a college degree or above;

(8) Having other qualifications required by the central competent department of civil servants.

Civil servants of the IRS belong to a post category in the national civil service examination. Similar positions include customs, four ministries, three associations, railway police, statistics bureau, customs and other related positions.
