People's Republic of China (PRC) State Taxation Bureau is directly under the jurisdiction of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the State Council. 1On March 29th, 998, the State Council issued the Notice of the State Council on Organization Establishment (Guo Fa [1998] No.5); On June 22nd of the same year, the General Office of the State Council issued the Notice on the Provisions of the People's Republic of China on the Internal Structure and Staffing of the State Taxation Bureau of Municipalities directly under the Central Government, and formally established State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China, People's Republic of China (PRC) (ministerial level).
According to the administrative level of civil servants in People's Republic of China (PRC), the National Civil Servant Law promulgated by Decree No.35 of the President of the People's Republic of China on June 5438+1 October/0/2006 has the following provisions:
Article 16 Civil servants are divided into leadership positions and non-leadership positions.
The levels of leadership positions are divided into: national chief, national deputy, provincial chief, provincial deputy, bureau chief, bureau deputy, county deputy, county deputy, township deputy and township deputy.
Scope of ministerial officials:
Leading cadres of various ministries and commissions in the State Council (such as Minister of Education and Director of National Development and Reform Commission).
Principal cadres of the governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (such as the governor of Henan Province and the mayor of Shanghai)
Cadres in the army (such as commander of Guangzhou Military Region, commander of 13 Army)
