Select the outlets of Construction Bank, Rural Commercial Bank, Agricultural Bank, China Bank and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Huzhu, Minhe, Ledu and Golmud)-show the identity certificate of the payer-confirm the payment information according to the staff's prompt-pay the fee.
Matters needing attention
1, check personal payment information. When urban and rural residents pay medical insurance premiums, they must carefully check the key information such as the payer's ID number, name, insurance coverage and payment amount.
2, the identity information does not match the actual identity. If it is found that the identity information of the payer displayed in the information system is inconsistent with the actual identity information, it shall first go to the medical insurance agency in the insured place to correct the registration information before paying.
3, uninsured urban and rural residents pay medical insurance premiums. First, apply for insurance registration through the Qinghai Medical Insurance Mobile APP or the medical insurance agency in the jurisdiction, and then pay through the online and offline channels provided by the tax department.
4. Online channel prompts that there is no insurance payment information. Contact the tax authorities or medical insurance departments in the jurisdiction according to the contact information provided in the annex. Please wait patiently while you are in the tax authority or medical insurance department, and then pay the fee after 3 working days.
