Hao Zengyin (1897 ~1972) was born in Fangzhuang Village, Huancheng Town. 1922 Graduated from Nanjing Normal University, and returned home to teach after graduation. /kloc-started practicing medicine in 0/924, 1938 did underground liaison work in the name of practicing medicine. 1948 was a senator from Lincheng county. 1949 was elected as the vice chairman of the Standing Committee of Lincheng County People's Congress. 1956 was elected vice chairman and health director of Tengxian CPPCC. During the "Cultural Revolution", he left his job and went home to practice medicine. He resumed his work in 197 1 year. 19721died on February 8th.
Zhu Jia (1896 ~1973), formerly known as Zhu Guangtai, was born in Zhoucun, Huancheng Town, with high school culture. From 1920 to 1929, he taught in Peixian Middle School and Tengxian Normal School successively. 1929 worked as a clerk in Pei county government. 1935 Served as the principal of Xiazhen Primary School. /kloc-participated in the revolution in the winter of 0/938. /kloc-0 joined the China * * * production party in May, 939. From 1940 to 1946, he successively served as the chief of the second division of Fengxian government, the chief of the second division of Peixian government and the secretary-general. 1947 Member of the Communist Youth League Committee of Hebei, Shandong and Henan District. From 1949 to 1952, he served as deputy section chief of the management department of Pingyuan Provincial Party Committee, director of the secretariat of workers, youth and women of the Provincial Party Committee, secretary of the Party branch and secretary-general of the Provincial Women's Federation. 1952 After the revocation of Pingyuan Province, he served as the director and secretary of Xinxiang State-owned linoleum sawmill.
Hao Zixiang (1900 ~1974), formerly known as Hao Zengfan, was born in Fangzhuang Village, Huancheng Town. 19 19 to 1923, studied in the first agricultural school in Shandong province, and returned to Pei county as a teacher after graduation. 1938 joined the China * * * production party in May, and became a member of Huancheng District Committee and secretary of the village branch at the beginning, and later served as secretary of the district Committee. 1939 was elected as the head of the second district of Peitengbian. 194 1 year to 1950 worked in the financial system. 195 1 served as the deputy director of the cooperation guidance department of the southern Sichuan administrative office. 1In August, 952, he served as deputy director of the production department of Southwest Cooperation Bureau. 1February, 954, served as director of general supervision department of Sichuan Provincial People's Procuratorate. /kloc-retired due to illness in 0/958 and settled in Baoding, Hebei. 1959 Member of the Standing Committee of Baoding CPPCC.

In the year1February, he was transferred to Xuzhou Railway Public Security Bureau as the chief of security. 1952 Director of Xuzhou Railway Branch. 1953 Deputy Director of Xuzhou Railway Branch. 1955 served as the chief procurator of Jinan Railway Transport Procuratorate. 1958 Deputy Secretary of Xuzhou Railway Working Committee. 1959 served as the secretary of the Supervisory Committee of Bengbu Railway Bureau Committee. 1968 served as secretary of the supervisory Committee of Jinan Railway Sub-bureau Committee. /kloc-retired in 0/970.

Hao Tiemin (1921~1990), formerly known as Hao Yunqing, was born in Fangzhuang Village, Huancheng Town. 1935 was admitted to peixian middle school. 1September, 937, joined the Anti-Japanese Student Corps in Xuzhou. 1938 served as the director of the Youth Rescue Association in Peiteng Border Region, and joined the China * * * Production Party in 1998. He has served as secretary of the district party Committee, county propaganda minister, county public security director and deputy secretary of the county party Committee. 1948 served as the pre-trial chief of Baoding Public Security Bureau. 1950 Director of Baoding Political Research Office. 1May, 954, served as Deputy Secretary of Baoding Municipal Committee of Youth League. 1May, 1955, served as member of the Standing Committee of Baoding Municipal Committee and deputy mayor. 1March, 958 served as deputy secretary and mayor of Baoding Municipal Committee. 1960 was wrongly classified as a "class dissident" and lost his leadership position. 1979 was rehabilitated and resumed his post. 1984 left for rest.
Yu Wenyun (1924 ~1992) was born in a village in Huancheng, party member. 1945 enlisted in the uprising in panjing town, Rufu county, northern Jiangsu province, and served as deputy monitor, deputy platoon leader, platoon leader, management officer and political instructor assistant. 1March, 959, studied in the political team of Shenyang Senior Artillery School. After graduation, he was assigned to the howitzer Battalion of the 394th Regiment of the Artillery of the 114th Division of the 38th Army as a political instructor and a deputy political commissar of the Logistics Department of the 114th Division. 1973 Served as Party Secretary of the May 7th Cadre School in Baoding area. 1986 left for rest.
