Japan visa materials for visiting relatives and friends

Applicants in China need to prepare:

　1 , Passport (valid for more than 6 months)

2. Visa application form (provided by our agency, printed on both sides)

3. 2 45mm*45mm white background color photos (3 pcs. Recent photo within 2 months)

4. If you have a household registration in other provinces, you must also provide the original and copy of your residence permit

5. A copy of the household registration book (home page and personal page)

6. Materials that can prove the relationship with relatives or friends in Japan (family relationship: notarized certificate of kinship.

Friendship relationships: photos, letters, etc.)

Required preparations for the guarantor in Japan:

1. Guarantee of identity and wealth

2. Residence certificate (marked for all family members and their relationships * foreigners cannot omit recorded items when making guarantees)

3. Proof of employment (company operators can provide [a copy of the legal person registration book]; self-employed individuals can provide a business license or confirmation declaration Copy of (Declaration of Determination), unemployed persons living on pensions, etc. need to provide [Reason for being unable to submit proof of employment] (no limit to the format)

4. The total income amount is marked: any of the following Materials

-Taxation (Income) Certificate (Issued by the Mayor of the Municipality, Town, and Village)

-Taxation Certificate (Form 2) (Issued by the Director of Taxation)

- A copy of the final declaration (control)

5. A copy of both sides of the valid residence card or alien registration certificate (foreigners only)

Invitation Required preparations:

1. Letter of reasons for invitation

2. Stay schedule

3. Resident certificate

4. In-service Certificate or proof of enrollment

5. Copies of both front and back sides of a valid residence card or alien registration certificate (for foreigners only)
