Wenzhou Li Xiuzhen is the legal representative, executive director and general manager of Huahong Jiaxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. She is also one of the founders of Huahong Jiaxin, and founded the company with Li Jinshu, Li Jinlong, Li Jinjie and others.
Wenzhou Li Xiuzhen and Li Jinshu are husband and wife. Both of them started from buying and selling seafood, and later transformed into real estate and founded Huahong Jiaxin. Li Jinshu used to be the chairman of Huahong Jiaxin, and now he has retired and was replaced by Wenzhou Li Xiuzhen.
Li Xiuzhen of Wenzhou, Li Jinlong and Li Jinjie are siblings. They are all children of Li Chengzong, one of the founders of Wenzhou Xianxian Island brand. Li Jinlong and Li Jinjie also set foot in the real estate industry, and founded two housing enterprises, Guohong Xinrui and Xinhong Longxiang respectively.
