In order to implement the deployment of the State Council and the provincial government on further strengthening job stabilization, give play to the role of unemployment insurance in helping enterprises to expand their jobs, and encourage enterprises to actively absorb college students' employment, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Department of Education and the Department of Finance jointly issued the Notice on Accelerating the Work Related to the One-time Job Expansion Subsidy Policy (E 'renshe Office Letter [2022] No.22).

Conditions for enjoyment: recruit ordinary college graduates who graduated in 2022 1-1February and obtained the graduation certificate of ordinary colleges and universities, and those who have not been employed within two years after leaving school, sign labor contracts and pay unemployment insurance premiums for them for more than1month.

Application process:

1, "Enjoy without application". The ministries and agencies will push the data of qualified fresh college graduates (including those who have not been employed within 2 years after leaving school) to all localities on a monthly basis, and all localities will distribute the one-time post expansion subsidy funds to the corporate account of the employing enterprise within 30 days. For enterprises without corporate accounts, they can distribute the funds to the social insurance premium account provided by the local tax authorities.

2. "Self-declaration". Enterprises can apply for a one-time job expansion subsidy at the unemployment insurance agency in the insured area.
