3. Party B provides the design draft of the advertising screen, and Party A is responsible for the production, installation and maintenance of billboards. If the content of the advertising screen needs to be changed within one year, Party B will be responsible for the replacement and report it to Party A for record.

5. All costs for the first production of advertising materials, construction fees, etc. shall be settled and paid by Party A. The construction and installation must meet production safety requirements and the beauty and integrity of the billboard. Party A is responsible for advertising repair and maintenance work.

6. After signing a contract with Party A, Party B must provide Party A with the relevant documents and information of the advertising company and the content of the advertising screen when it needs to publish advertisements, and Party A will It must be submitted to the Health Bureau and relevant departments for review before release. VII. Advertising Management

1. Party B provides Party A with the company’s operating documents, accounts, etc. for record purposes. Party B independently carries out advertising business activities and assumes legal responsibility for all economic activities. Party A is not responsible. During the contract period, if any legal, economic or other disputes occur, Party B will be solely responsible for them.

2. During the performance of this contract, Party B must obtain the consent of Party A if it signs an advertising business contract that spans the term of this contract. After the expiration of this contract, if the advertising contract signed by Party B has not been fully performed, Party A will continue to perform it on its behalf. However, Party B shall pay the corresponding advertising fee to Party A (the price shall be based on the advertising contract signed between Party B and the advertiser). 3. Party B can conduct business in the name of Party A’s advertising department due to external work needs, but the contract signed in the name of Party A’s advertising department must be reported to Party A for backup and review; Party B guarantees that the advertising content complies with relevant laws and policies. It is required that all advertisements are subject to review and supervision by Party A. 7. Party A shall ensure that Party B’s advertisements are installed promptly and accurately. For advertisements that are incorrect or missing for any reason, Party A shall arrange replacement within the scope of Party B’s contract according to the contract requirements of the customer (advertiser).
