Apply for travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao
First, to apply for a pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao for the first time, you need to submit supporting materials corresponding to the reasons for leaving the country.
1) Visiting relatives

(five) the mainland relatives of the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong and Macao to visit relatives in Hong Kong and Macao must submit an invitation letter issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hong Kong or Macao.
(6) When the immediate family members of the staff of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions (including spouses, children and parents) visit relatives in Hong Kong and Macao, they shall submit the Application Form for Visiting Relatives of the Immediate Family Members of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Regions.
(seven) relatives of cadres of the China People's Liberation Army stationed in Hong Kong and Macao to visit relatives in Hong Kong and Macao shall submit an invitation letter from the Political Department of the China People's Liberation Army stationed in Hong Kong and Macao.
2) Business

(a) the personnel of the unit who have gone through the registration and filing shall submit the original, copy and dispatch letter of the Annual Register of Business Endorsement and Filing in Hong Kong and Macao.
(two) the unit personnel who are not registered for the record shall submit:
1, a copy of the business license of the enterprise (business unit) or the original and copy of the foreign enterprise registration certificate or other relevant registration certificates and tax registration certificates;
2, enterprises (institutions) issued by the legal representative, responsible person or its authorized personnel department to send the applicant to Hong Kong and Macao to engage in business activities;
3. The original and photocopy of the social insurance certificate (the validity period of the social insurance certificate is not less than 3 months continuously);
4. Residents with permanent residence in this city who apply for business endorsement again in the year when the dispatching company (business unit) has not changed can submit the Application Form for Mainland Residents' Travel Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao, the Travel Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao and the dispatch letter, which are completely filled in and affixed with a two-inch recent straight-edge bareheaded front color photo (light blue or white background), without submitting other materials.
In addition to the above materials, personnel from other provinces and cities must also submit:

Note: People from other provinces and cities apply for Hong Kong and Macao business, waiting for notice to collect evidence.
3) Registration of Hong Kong and Macao enterprises.
To apply for multiple business endorsements for more than 3 months (inclusive), the applicant's enterprise (business unit) must first register with the public security organ.
Each enterprise (business unit) shall handle multiple business endorsements for 3 months, and the number of registered personnel shall not exceed 8. When necessary, with the approval of the public security organ, the tax amount may be increased by 1 10,000.
1 year, enterprises (business units) with multiple business endorsements shall have no more than 3 registered employees. When necessary, with the approval of the public security organ, the tax amount can be increased by 1 for every 500,000 increase.
I. Scope of acceptance:
State-owned enterprises, foreign-invested (China) companies, high-tech enterprises and R&D institutions, which paid more than RMB 500,000 in the previous year, can register and record multiple business endorsements 1 year. The above-mentioned enterprises (business units) can apply for multiple business endorsement registration for three months if they paid more than 654.38+10,000 yuan in tax last year.

(4) The staff of the representative office of a foreign enterprise in Beijing shall submit the work permit of the resident representative office of a foreign enterprise (region) issued by the industrial and commercial department, the employee's work permit of the resident representative office of a foreign enterprise (region) or the employment certificate issued by the foreign affairs service unit.
(five) the original and photocopy of the tax payment certificate [state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises (R&D institutions) and representative offices of foreign enterprises in Beijing are exempt from tax];
(six) the original and photocopy of the social insurance certificate issued by the social security center of each district and county and paid by the applicant company (institution); The validity period of the social insurance certificate shall not be less than 3 months.
(seven) the original and photocopy of the household registration book and ID card of the filing personnel; People from other provinces and cities must also submit the original and photocopy of the temporary residence permit or Beijing work residence permit for more than 1 year.
IV) Others
I. Scope of acceptance
1. Apply for going to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, bereavement, litigation, examination, handling industry, academic exchange, etc.
2. Mainland residents studying and working in Macao apply for going to Hong Kong.
Second, the type of endorsement.
The endorsement shall be issued once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macau shall not exceed 14 days.
Third, the required materials

1. Anyone who applies to go to Hong Kong or Macao for special reasons such as medical treatment, bereavement, litigation, inspection, occupational therapy and academic exchange. The original certification materials corresponding to the reasons for the application shall be submitted and a copy shall be submitted.
2. Mainland residents studying and working in Macao who apply for going to Hong Kong must submit the original travel permit and stay endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao, and submit a copy. Persons employed in Macao must also submit the certificate of going to Hong Kong issued by the Macao employment unit.
5) Stay
I. Scope of acceptance
Persons who study, work or train in Hong Kong or Macao with the approval of the relevant departments of Hong Kong or Macao and their relatives.
Second, the type of endorsement.
If multiple endorsements are issued, the time of first entry into Hong Kong or Macao and the validity period of the endorsements shall be issued within the time limit approved by the relevant departments of Hong Kong or Macao.
1. For those who go to Hong Kong for study, employment and training and their relatives, the time when they first enter Hong Kong or Macao and the validity period of the endorsement shall be issued according to the longest validity period approved by the Hong Kong Immigration Department.
2. To study in Macao, the time for entering Hong Kong or Macao for the first time and the validity period of the endorsement shall be issued according to the study period approved by the Confirmation of Admission Certificate issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office, but the longest time shall not exceed 1 year.
3. The time to enter Hong Kong or Macao for employment in Macao for the first time and the validity period of the endorsement shall be issued according to the time limit approved by the exit-entry department of Macao public security or the social and cultural department or the economic and financial department of Macao, but the longest period shall not exceed 2 years.
4. The time for relatives of employees who go to Macao to enter Hong Kong or Macao for the first time and the validity period of the endorsement shall be issued according to the time limit approved by the exit-entry affairs department of the Macao public security organ, but the longest time shall not exceed 2 years. The holder shall stay in Macao for no more than 90 days at a time.
Third, the required materials

If you continue to apply for staying in Hong Kong after the expiration of the stay endorsement on the Hong Kong and Macao Pass, submit the original extension permit issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department and submit a copy;
2. To study in Macao, you must submit the "Confirmation of Admission Certificate" issued by the Macao Higher Education Auxiliary Office and the original admission notice of Macao institutions of higher learning, and submit a copy. If you continue to apply for a stay in Macao after the expiration of the stay endorsement on the Hong Kong and Macao Pass, you must submit a certificate of study issued by a Macao institution of higher learning;
3. To go to Macao for employment, you must submit the "Application List for Non-local Labor Identity Cards" issued by the Exit and Entry Affairs Office of Macao Public Security Police or the original approval document with the applicant's name issued by Macao Labor Affairs Bureau, and submit a copy. If you continue to apply for staying in Macao after the expiration of the stay endorsement on the travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao, you must submit the Application List of Non-local Workers' Identity Cards issued by the exit-entry department of Macao Public Security or the original approval document with the applicant's name issued by the Macao Labor Affairs Bureau, and submit a copy.
4. Employees' relatives who go to Macao for employment must submit the original approval notice issued by the exit-entry affairs department of Macao public security police, and submit a copy. If you continue to apply for a stay in Macao after the expiration of the validity period of the stay endorsement on the Hong Kong and Macao Pass, you must submit the original approval notice issued by the entry-exit affairs department of the Macao Public Security Bureau, and submit a copy.
6) Team travel and individual travel
I. Types of endorsements
For group tours and individual tours, an endorsement shall be issued once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macau shall not exceed 7 days.
Second, the required materials

Two, change (fill) the "Hong Kong and Macao Pass"
1) Renew the Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao
The validity period of the Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao is 5 years. When applying for endorsement, the holder may apply for renewal of the certificate in any of the following circumstances:
(a) the validity of the certificate is less than 6 months;
(2) The validity period of the certificate is shorter than the validity period of the endorsement to be issued;
(3) The endorsement page of the certificate is used up or about to be used up;
(4) The certificate is damaged;
(five) other circumstances approved by the examination and approval authority or the competent department.
2) Replace the Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao
Beijing residents who have lost their valid travel permits to Hong Kong and Macao to apply for reissued documents and endorsements need to go through the following procedures:
(1) Holding the Beijing Resident Register, the original resident ID card, the A4-sized home page, personal information page, change page and a copy of the resident ID card, as well as the "Pass for Mainland Residents to and from Hong Kong and Macao (Application Form)", which is completely filled in and affixed with two-inch recent bareheaded color photos, with a light blue or white background;
(2) My written loss statement;
(3) Other materials that should be submitted according to the relevant provisions on the types of endorsement applications.
(4) If a Beijing resident who holds an endorsement for staying in Hong Kong or Macao is lost or invalidated during his return to the Mainland, he shall submit the original certificate issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department or the relevant department of Macao to confirm his relevant identity, and provide a copy. Applicants who urgently need to return to Hong Kong or Macao due to special circumstances may also apply to Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office for a one-time valid entry and exit permit to return to Hong Kong or Macao.
(5) If a Beijing resident who holds a stay endorsement in Hong Kong or Macao loses his travel permit or stay endorsement during his stay in Hong Kong or Macao, he can apply for a travel permit and stay endorsement from the Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau through the China travel agency in Hong Kong or Macao. Submit a complete application form, the applicant's written report of loss, and a certificate issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department or the relevant authorities in Macao to confirm his relevant identity. Applicants who urgently need to return to the Mainland due to special circumstances may also apply to the Shenzhen Visa Office or Zhuhai Visa Office for a one-time valid entry and exit permit to return to the Mainland.
3) Renew endorsement
When the travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao goes through the endorsement formalities again within the validity period, Beijing residents do not need to submit the original and photocopy of their ID cards and household registration books, and other materials are provided according to the relevant provisions on the types of applications for endorsement.
Beijing residents who hold travel permits and stay endorsements to Hong Kong and Macao may apply for travel permits and stay endorsements again when they are in Hong Kong or return to the Mainland. They can go to the Exit-Entry Administration Office of Beijing Public Security Bureau or Shenzhen Entry-Exit Visa Office of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau.
Beijing residents who hold travel permits and stay endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao can apply for travel permits and stay endorsements again in Macao or during their return to the Mainland, or apply for other travel endorsements to and from Hong Kong, and can do so at the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Beijing Public Security Bureau or the Zhuhai Exit-Entry Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau.
4) Expired certificate
Those who apply for endorsement to travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao with an expired travel permit shall go through the first application procedures.
Three, can be entrusted to handle the situation
(1) The applicant is under the age of 16 or has reached the age of 60;
(two) in the same department, holding the same travel permit for the same reason to apply for a pass to Hong Kong and Macao again (excluding the application for business endorsement in different places);
(3) If an applicant goes to Hong Kong and Macao for employment through a labor management company and applies for a travel permit and endorsement to and from Hong Kong and Macao again during his employment in Hong Kong and Macao, the labor management company designated by the Ministry of Commerce shall apply for it on his behalf.
(4) Mainland residents holding stay endorsements in Hong Kong and Macao may apply through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macao.
Fourth, special circumstances.
(a) China citizens who have settled abroad to work or live in Beijing to apply for travel permits and endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall be accepted by the Exit-Entry Administration Office of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau.
Applicants should submit the Application Form for Mainland Residents' Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao, with two-inch color recent bareheaded photos (light blue or white background), and submit the original and photocopy of China passport, proof of overseas residence (translated by a designated company in foreign languages), proof of work or residence in Beijing, and corresponding supporting materials for applying for other kinds of endorsements. After passing the examination, other endorsements will be issued for the applicant.
(2) Mainland residents may apply to the Shenzhen Visa Office or the Zhuhai Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department for the same endorsement if they find that the information on the Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao is incorrect.
