1. Apply for pre-approval of enterprise name.
Checking the name is the first step in handling enterprise registration. An enterprise can only use one name, and it shall not be the same as or similar to the registered enterprise name in the same industry within the jurisdiction of the registration authority. The name of an enterprise generally consists of four parts: administrative region+font size+industry (operating characteristics)+organizational form.

2. If the business project applied for involves pre-licensing, the approval of relevant departments shall be obtained first.
Pre-license means that when applying for the current project license, you must hold the license of the previous link. 3. Visit the website of the Administration for Industry and Commerce in www.baic.gov.cn to download the handling guide and application form, or you can get it from the nearest Administration for Industry and Commerce, and then refer to the handling guide to prepare relevant materials.
4. After filling in the form and preparing relevant materials, submit the application materials to the industrial and commercial bureau where the company is located for review, and wait for the approval to be completed and obtain the certificate.
According to the new policy of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Beijing has fully implemented the registration system of "five certificates in one, one photo and one yard" since 20 16 10/day, and incorporated the social insurance registration certificate on the basis of the "four certificates in one" of the original business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and statistical registration certificate. Obtaining the business license means that the enterprise has completed the industrial and commercial registration, and then it is necessary to open a bank account and social security account.
Step 5 open a bank account
After the establishment of the company, it is necessary to open a corporate bank account, that is, the company's "small treasury", and all future income and expenses can be completed through this account. Prior to this, it is necessary to engrave the official seal and financial seal at the seal engraving agency designated by the Public Security Bureau with the business license.
When opening an account, the enterprise shall go to Beijing Social Insurance Cooperative Bank with a business license and sign a bank payment agreement.
6. Social security registration
Enterprises must apply for social insurance to the social security agency of the place of registration within 30 days of establishment. First of all, enterprises log on to the "Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform" to declare the information of new insured units online, or apply the "Beijing Social Insurance Information System Enterprise Management Subsystem" to fill in the insurance information.
After the enterprise enters the registration information and submits it for confirmation, it shall print the Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form (in duplicate) and the Beijing Social Insurance Fee Payment Agreement (in duplicate) and affix the official seal of the unit. If it declares through the stand-alone software, it shall also generate an offer document for the unit registration data. Bring the above materials, business license, account opening permit, original and one copy of the bank payment agreement, and go through the social insurance formalities at the social security institution. If it passes the examination, it shall sign and seal the two registration forms and the agreement and return one copy to the enterprise, together with the above copies, to complete the enterprise's participation in social insurance registration.
