6. Social security registration

First of all, enterprises log on to the "Beijing Social Insurance Online Service Platform" to declare the information of new insured units online, or apply the "Beijing Social Insurance Information System Enterprise Management Subsystem" to fill in the insurance information.

After the enterprise enters the registration information and submits it for confirmation, it shall print the Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form (in duplicate) and the Beijing Social Insurance Fee Payment Agreement (in duplicate) and affix the official seal of the unit. If it declares through the stand-alone software, it shall also generate an offer document for the unit registration data. Bring the above materials, business license, account opening permit, original and one copy of the bank payment agreement, and go through the social insurance formalities at the social security institution.
