I. Recruitment positions and number of people

Second, the recruitment conditions and requirements

Third, the registration matters

(1) Time and place of registration

1. Registration time: 20 13 10 (Thursday)-2013 10/4 (Monday); 8: 30am-12: 00pm, 2: 00pm-5: 30pm.

(2) Applicants must submit:

Four, the examination content, time and implementation measures

The examination methods are written examination and interview.

(1) written test. The score of the written test paper is 100, in which the basic knowledge of computer accounts for about 30%, the basic knowledge of taxation and accounting accounts for about 20%, and the comprehensive basic knowledge accounts for 50%. The examination paper is entrusted by the employing unit to a third party to give a unified question and mark it.

The ratio between the number of qualified candidates and the number of candidates to be recruited needs to reach 3∶ 1. If this ratio is not reached, the number of positions to be recruited will be reduced accordingly.

(2) written test time: it will be arranged separately. Candidates should take the exam at the time and place specified in the admission ticket. The written test results are published on Pizhou Labor and Employment Network.

(3) After the written examination is finished, according to the order of the scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of people to be recruited 1∶2, the candidates to participate in the interview are determined.

(4) Interview and qualification review. Before the interview, the interviewer's qualifications will be re-examined. If the candidate provides false information, which will affect the results of the qualification examination, the interviewer will be disqualified and the interviewer will be replaced in order from high score to low score.

Candidates who have participated in the work should provide proof that the unit agrees to apply for the exam.

The interview results are 100%, and the candidates will be notified in writing on the spot after the interview results are reviewed by the examination room supervisor. The interview time and place will be notified separately.

(5) Physical examination and inspection. Calculate the total score according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively, and then determine the participants in the physical examination according to the proportion of actual recruitment positions1:1according to the total score from high to low (those with the same total score will get the high score in written test).

The physical examination shall be carried out with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of National Civil Servants (Trial).

Organize inspection of qualified personnel in accordance with relevant regulations. When there is a vacancy due to unqualified physical examination and inspection, it will be replenished from high score to low score according to the total score of the interviewers.

V. Employment

(1) publicity. The list of persons to be employed is publicized on Pizhou Human Resources and Social Security Network.

(2) employment. The employment form of this recruitment is labor dispatch, that is, the recruiter signs a labor contract with the labor dispatch agency, and the labor dispatch agency sends him to work in Xuzhou Pizhou Local Taxation Bureau.

(3) The probation period of the hired personnel is two months. During the probation period, the monthly salary is 1 100 yuan, and all insurance expenses shall be paid according to the relevant regulations of the labor department. If you pass the probation period, you will be awarded a certain amount of assessment award according to your work performance.
