1. The business license needs to be registered and changed online on the website of the Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce, and then fill in the contents according to the online prompts. After filling in, download and print out the information. On the content to be filled in, you need to stamp, copy of the ID card of the agent and the original business license to go to the service hall of the District Administration for Industry and Commerce. The original and duplicate of the new business license can only be returned within five working days after submitting the information. The general fee is 120 yuan.

2. Organization code certificate, requirements

Official seal, copy of legal person ID card (clear), organization code certificate, IC card. You may need to fill in the information after you arrive at the service hall, and you need to affix your official seal.

3. To apply for the tax registration certificate, you need to bring a copy of the business license, organization code certificate, official seal, legal person ID card and agent ID card, which may need to be signed by the legal person, so you need to bring the information back to find the legal person to sign and then submit it. They will give you a stamp to change the information, and then you need to go to the national tax window to make changes if it involves national tax.
