(1) Jade, diatomite, high alumina clay (including refractory bauxite and ground bauxite), flint clay and fluorite,

(2) phosphate rock,

(3) Bentonite, zeolite, perlite,

(4) Gemstones and gem-grade diamonds,

(5) Refractory clay (excluding high alumina clay),

(6) Graphite, quartz sand, barite, witherite, vermiculite, feldspar, talc, dolomite, wollastonite, attapulgite clay, kaolin (porcelain clay) and mica,

(7) magnesite, trona, gypsum, sillimanite,

(8) industrial diamonds,

(9) asbestos,

(10) pyrite, natural sulfur and phosphorite,

(eleven) other unnamed non-metallic minerals.
