Whether what I can do by myself is really useful to the company,

Is this experience helpful for my future growth and work?

I will only go to the internship if I answer "Yes" to both questions.

For enterprises, your price depends on your output. Cheap labor is not necessarily because you don't do much, but because what you do is of little value. For students, unless you are really poor, don't care too much about money during the internship. What you should care about is whether you can learn something valuable during your internship and whether what you have learned will help your career path.

There are three angles to consider.

1. Consider from your own career planning.

If you plan to develop in an industry/company for a long time and have a clear goal, then the first job is recommended to go to a big company, which is stable and sustainable.

If you plan to plump your wings in a short time, make up your short-board skills and understand the organizational process and structure of the company in all aspects. Especially those students who still have time to create in the lower grades can try to start a startup company, and the application threshold is low, or they can make a decision for applying for a big company in the future.

2. Select company projects and development

If there are no internship opportunities for big companies, you should keep your eyes open when choosing a startup. Start-ups are mixed, the information channels are blocked, the atmosphere is good, the development is good, and there are still a few start-ups that learn well. If you are looking for an internship at will for an internship certificate, you would rather not go.

3. Starting from the goal, push the starting point backwards

If you want to quit your job three years after graduation. At this time, you are in a big company and have a grass-roots supervisor.
