Chapter III Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

Article 17 Rights and obligations of Party A

3。 The Asset Finance Department shall conduct an annual audit of Party B's financial expenditure;

4。 Provide Party B with necessary office and work premises, which shall be used by Party B free of charge. Party B needs Party A's consent to change the nature and use of the house provided by Party A;

6。 Examine and approve the annual plan for overhaul and renewal of houses and equipment prepared by Party B;

7。 Be responsible for signing individual contracts with Party B beyond the scope of this agreement;

8。 Conduct a spot check on Party B's service once a month, and organize a coordination meeting attended by the responsible persons of Party A and Party B once a quarter to solve the problems existing in the work in time;

9。 Deal with and punish Party B's violation of this Agreement accordingly.

Article 18 Rights and obligations of Party B
