Responsible for the implementation of tax inspection rules and regulations, and formulate specific implementation measures according to law; Organize and implement the acceptance and investigation of inland tax inspection and illegal case report within its jurisdiction; Specially investigate and deal with tax evasion, tax evasion, tax fraud and tax refusal cases; Organize or cooperate with relevant departments to investigate and deal with relevant tax-related cases; Guide and coordinate the inspection of local tax system.

(2) Collection Management Section

Responsible for the acceptance of tax returns, the collection of taxes and related funds (fees) and the collection and treatment of tax arrears; Responsible for tax accounting, tax statistics and tax ticket management; Responsible for tax registration management, invoice management and tax service; Responsible for the trial decision and execution of administrative punishment.
