First: apply for a birth certificate in the hospital where the child was born, and register the child. You can first put the child in the woman's account, and then move out of the child's account after completing the marriage certificate and birth permit. If you have a good birth certificate, you should go to the hospital medical insurance processing window in time to issue a certificate to the child, and then take the certificate to the tax bureau to pay the child medical insurance. After getting a good child account, take the household registration book to the medical insurance window of the tax bureau to change the child's medical insurance information. With medical insurance, the hospitalization expenses of children can only be reimbursed.
Second: you have to apply for a marriage certificate within 3 months, and you can only apply for a birth permit with a marriage certificate. Marriage certificate is easy to handle, just go to the civil affairs bureau with two half-length photos.
Third: reissue the birth permit within 3 months. Bring your marriage certificate, birth certificate, household registration book and ID card to the family planning office (institute) where your child's household registration is located or where you live now to reissue the birth permit. Generally, a staff member will guide you to scan the QR code of birth registration to apply for the birth permit online. You will not be able to apply for it for more than 3 months. Remember that it must not exceed 3 months. Otherwise, if you cannot apply for a birth permit, it will become an illegal birth, which will have an impact on future promotion or assessment.
Fourth: if you have a good birth permit, you can go to the local police station to consult about moving the child's household registration to the man's house.
