2. Tax change order (in duplicate);

3. The original and photocopy of the changed business license;

4. Official seal

5. Original and photocopy of the original tax registration certificate;

6. The original and photocopy of the resolution of the shareholders' meeting (or shareholders' decision);

It should be noted that the Articles of Association was not amended because other items of the company remained unchanged, but the legal representative was replaced, and the name of the legal representative was not specified in the general Articles of Association.
